Social Skills Training (TST) is a form of group therapy that supports the emotional and social development of children.
Social Skills Training is for every child, but also especially if you notice that your child is:
withdraws, is ashamed, does not fit in a group
refuses to participate in group activities
is afraid of challenges, gives up for fear of failure
cannot make friends, initiate conversations
does not have an opinion, allows his boundaries to be crossed, does not react when he is wronged
has difficulty recognizing, expressing and regulating emotions
has difficulty following rules, does not listen to instructions
has low self-esteem, does not believe in himself
experiences excessive stress
is explosive, aggressive
has a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder

During these sessions, children learn, among other things, how to recognize and name their own emotions and those of others, how to build relationships with peers, and how to manage tension in social situations. This support is provided through group activities and exercises. The training helps children learn appropriate social behaviors, which they can later apply in everyday situations.
