Social Skills Training (TST) is a form of group therapy that supports the emotional and social development of children.
Social Skills Training is for every child, but also especially if you notice that your child is:
nervous, anxious, withdrawn
explosive or has oppositional defiant disorder
experiencing cognitive or emotional difficulties
having trouble with interpersonal relationships, struggling to fit into groups
on the autism spectrum
with delayed speech or communication difficulties

Social Skills Training (SST) is a form of group therapy that supports the emotional and social development of children. During these sessions, children learn, among other things, how to recognize and name their own emotions and those of others, how to build relationships with peers, and how to manage tension in social situations. This support is provided through group activities and exercises. The training helps children learn appropriate social behaviors, which they can later apply in everyday situations.
