She gained experience in Therapeutic Preschool Centers, where she provided individual psychological therapy and group sessions supporting social-emotional development, communication, and independence in children with special educational needs. She also worked as a group therapist, designing therapeutic programs and implementing alternative communication tools for non-verbal children. Her skills were further developed through numerous courses and training in behavioral therapy, Sensory Integration, and alternative communication methods (AAC), which are invaluable in working with children on the autism spectrum. Through training with SCOLAR and the Polish Association for Behavioral Therapy, she acquired skills in developing early communication and social skills, as well as managing unwanted behaviors.
Karolina Chrzanowska

For many years, she has been committed to supporting children and adolescents, especially those from challenging environments and those facing emotional and social difficulties. Currently, she is involved in the "Strengths" project with the Serduszko dla Dzieci Association, where she aids in diagnosis and assists families in overcoming difficulties. She has participated in numerous training sessions, which enhanced her competence in working with children, including work with youth in therapeutic centers and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) methodology, which aids in effective communication and relationship-building. Recently, she attended training on misinformation among children and youth.
Ewa Haładaj
Psychologist, Community Therapist
With over three years of experience, she works with patients facing psychological challenges. She also specializes in psychological diagnosis, including ADHD, autism spectrum screening tests, and depressive/anxiety disorders. She is a diagnostic psychologist at a psychological-educational counseling center, where she assesses specific school-related difficulties. Her work includes Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) techniques, with an emphasis on creating a safe, accepting, and supportive environment. She benefits from regular supervision to enhance her practice.
Iga Kołodziejska
Child and Adolescent Psychologist, Social Skills Trainer
She completed her master's studies with a focus on clinical psychology and pedagogical training. Her experience includes working in a community center, an inclusive preschool as a therapist, a psychological-educational counseling center, and a psychiatric hospital. She completed Level I of Solution-Focused Therapy. Working with children is her passion and dedication.
Marta Łukowska

She gained professional experience at the Community Psychological and Psychotherapeutic Care Center (NFZ) as a diagnostic psychologist, providing psychological consultations and community therapy. She also conducted training and workshops for parents and staff. Currently, she works with the Savant Foundation as a social skills trainer and has experience as a psychologist in public nurseries. She continuously develops her skills through training, including a comprehensive course in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, community therapy for children and adolescents, and Social Skills Therapy (SST). Her approach centers on building a relationship based on understanding, acceptance, and a sense of security.
Justyna Przybyszewska

She conducts group sessions using Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and applied drama techniques. She offers psychological consultations for children and adolescents and provides both short- and long-term therapy. Her approach involves adapting techniques to the individual needs of each client, with a focus on fostering a positive atmosphere and a relationship built on trust and acceptance. Currently, she is attending a four-year Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy School. She works with children and youth experiencing chronic stress, depressive, resignative, and anxiety conditions. She also assists teens dealing with eating disorders, OCD, emotional regulation issues (including behavioral or substance addictions), grief, and trauma.
Magdalena Rynkowska-Filipiak

She completed both the basic and advanced Solution-Focused Therapy training at the Center for Solution-Focused Therapy and continues her education in this approach through specialized training. She is currently attending a four-year Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy School at Crescentia. In her work, she applies Solution-Focused Therapy and deepens her therapeutic work with cognitive-behavioral techniques. She prioritizes the well-being of her clients, supported by regular supervision. Her approach is based on empathy, active listening, and creating a safe space for clients to express their feelings and thoughts. She believes in each person’s potential for growth and change, and her role is to support them on this journey.
Adrianna Stańczuk

She gained experience at a diagnostic-therapeutic center and through a trainer internship, where she conducted workshops for adolescents. She completed the Solution-Focused Therapy Course and the Kids'Skills course. She values an authentic therapeutic relationship based on mutual trust and seeks to actively support clients by focusing on their strengths and building a sense of empowerment.
